  • Education

    Eligibility Criteria:

    All streams/branches of B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech, MCA, MBA and M.Sc. from 2022/2023/2024 year of passed out with full-time in Academics (Part-time and distance educations will not be considered) with above 60%/6.0 CGPA.

    Minimum 60% marks in 10th&12th.

    Note:PGDBM candidates are not eligible to apply for this role

    You should have completed your relevant degree (eligible for this job role), in the stipulated duration of the degree. Hence, there should be no gaps during the course of your degree.

    Eg: You must complete your B.Tech in 4 years or M.Tech/MBA/MSc in 2 years.

  • Technical and Professional Responsibilities

    • Designing, coding, testing and documenting new computer systems, and applications
    • Recommending improvements to design concepts and existing software
    • Developing different prototypes to show the application of new technologies.
    • Running and debugging existing code to determine, and solve errors
    • Writing software application codes and systems in programming languages, such as Java, C++ or Python, to build new applications
    • Interacting with clients to understand their issues and needs
    • Monitoring the performance of internal systems
    • Collecting feedback from users regarding a program's functionality
    • Contributing to all phases of the SDLC
    • Creating technical documentation such as diagrams and flowcharts
    • Providing feedback to team members and management teams
    • Managing packages, integration, libraries and testing tools
    • Devising solutions to minor programming bugs
    • Reviewing proposals and interviewing vendors for reliability, and security issues.
    • Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium to ensure the quality and performance of web applications.
    • Design and configure the SAP S/4HANA architecture, manage data migration, ensure system security, optimize performance, and provide ongoing maintenance and support.
    • Design, configure, customize, and optimize Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements and ensure system performance, security, and compliance.

  • Selection Process

    Online Assessment  
    Shortlisted applicants are invited to complete an online coding challenge or technical assessment to demonstrate relevant skills for the role they have applied for. 
    Technical Interview
    Candidates who successfully complete the assessments are scheduled for one or more technical discussions focused on computer science fundamentals, database concepts, system design etc. 
    HR Interview 
    Candidates who successfully clear the technical interviews appear for a human resources interview. The HR round evaluates your overall job fitment, strengths-weaknesses, salary expectations and organizational culture alignment. 
    Final Selection 
    Candidates who clear all the previous interview rounds are made a final job offer based on interview performance, profile match, and business requirements. The offer letter includes compensation details, Work Model and joining date.
